The following tax institutes publish articles and various items of information on their Web sites.
Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales
The tax faculty is the centre for excellence in tax within the ICAEW. It has a membership of over 9,000 chartered accountants who either work solely in or have a strong interest in the field of tax. It also is the authoritative voice on tax matters for the 119,000 members of the Institute.

Chartered Institute of Taxation
Founded in 1930, the CIOT is the senior professional body in the UK, concerned solely with all aspects of taxation. It has over 11,500 members, who come from the professions, industry, commerce, public sector and taxation authorities. Members of the Institute have the practising title of "Chartered Tax Adviser".
Among the roles undertaken by the Institute are various standing committee issues, the UK representative body on the Confédération Fiscale Européenne (the European organisation for tax advisers), articles on the improvement and simplification of tax law and various publications, including Taxation Practitioner and annotated copies of the Finance Acts.
